Logistics Manager / Customer Support BG

Beograd (Novi Beograd), Srbija

We are looking for a Logistics Manager / Customer Support to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time in-office role in Belgrade after the contract period.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics operations, including a few international shipments per month.
  • Provide support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Offer:

  • Fixed salary of €600 per month.
  • Bonus program starting from the 3rd month.
  • Initial training provided.
  • Possibility to join the team permanently after 6 months.
