Category Manager / Customer Support NS

We are looking for a Category Manager / Customer Support to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time in-office role in Novi Sad after the contract period.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product categories, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, and inventory.
  • Provide support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Work with internal teams to optimize product presentation and category performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in category management, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Offer:

  • Fixed salary of €600 per month.
  • Bonus program starting from the 3rd month.
  • Initial training provided.
  • Possibility to join the team permanently after 6 months.
